"Living in the Chicago-land area my whole life, I am sure I am not alone in saying inflation is effecting my everyday decisions. Upon reviewing my auto insurance renewal, I was astonished to see the price increases across the board. In a frustrated attempt to get an explanation on why my premium was increasing so much, I was told (after 70 minutes of being on hold) “the cost to replace my car has increased and the rates will go down soon”. I was not satisfied with this answer, nor the efforts I made to speak to someone on the phone. A friend suggested I reach out to Dave Samuels with State Farm. One call with Dave surpassed the previous 5 years of service received from my current agent combined. Being able to speak with someone who was knowledgeable and also understanding of my situation, I was convinced I will need to move policies over to Dave next year when they are up for renewal. He even said he could take a look at bundling some of my other needs as I start my home purchase search. I cannot recommend Dave enough."
